Does FPC deliver to my location?
FPC currently delivers in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida , and soon Alabama. Delivery schedules will vary depending on your area. So please call for the next delivery to your area.

Do you provide inside delivery?
Unlike common carriers which charge an additional amount for inside delivery, we do not. In most cases, orders can be brought directly into your studio. However, the destination must be hand truck accessible. Meaning we can bring your supplies in easily by hand truck. Unfortunately, some locations cannot though. Studios that are above the first floor and only accessible by stairs cannot be brought up due to safety and time reasons. In these cases, we will leave supplies at the base of the stairs.

Can I save money with FPC?
Not only can we bring the clay into your facility, the best part is it's less expensive in most cases. We eliminate the shipping charges. Some areas or services may require additional drop charges but for the most part, this expense is included in the cost of your order.

How do I pay?
Payment by cash or check can be given to the driver upon delivery. We also accept Visa, and Mastercard.

What if I miss the delivery to my area?
Depending on your location, we may be able to still deliver your order. Delivery charges will apply for special deliveries. Those charges will vary and order minimums usually apply. We also can ship your order; however, you will be responsible for the freight charges.
